  Petit déjeuner médiocre en regard du prix (12 eur !). hotel vieillot mais bien situé. accueil agréable.

  C'est dommage cet hotel ne mérite pas vraiment ses 3 étoiles la finition des chambres est moyenne (boitier des prise qui ressortent trous dans les murs...), le petit déjeuner pour un prix de 12€ est vraiment un peu léger... en revanche très bon accueil et personnel sympathique.

  I was a little worried when we pulled up to the hotel. there was graffiti on the side of the buidling and the hallways were dim and outdated. however, the room was great and very clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

  I had a great stay. staff very welcoming and relaxed. english speaking. great clean room with the sound of the river and the veiw of the mountains. for the money, very good deal. will go back

  Very central - open window and hear the river rushing by. friendly hotel staff. was able to get a pint of beer at 7.00am. to read the first draft of my brothers book each morning. very good town - bit of a hassle back and forward to the bus. great views of the mountain -

  Hotel was as expected, staff were very good and friendly. room can be a little warm in the summer and when you open the window the river can be a bit noisy but all in all a very good budget hotel in a great location.

  Un seul défaut,le parking est vraiment petit et celui du mercure est plein,donc l'accueil internet laisse apparaître la mention parking,ce qui est "erroné"ou exagéré.sinon,parfait

  Hotel vieillot, produits d'accueil inexistants, petit dejeuner mediocre, aucun parking, zero facilites (pas de jardin, pas de piscine etc) exterieur a renover, pub inaccueillant, odeur de tabac froid dans les couloirs, seche-cheveux casse, vue sur le mont blanc tres limitee par rapport au descriptif.

  It'd be nice to have a kettle in the room as we had to keep calling the front desk for hot and cold water for drinking. otherwise, the reception was very friendly and helpful, especially in letting us know alternate places to park our car and the timings of the aiguille du midi cable car.

  Le bruit de l'arve qui coule au pied de l'hôtel est un peu obsédant. pour une nuit, c'est bon. pour plusieurs, cela risque de peser. un double vitrage serait opportun.

  Estuve con mis padres, la habitacion de ellos daba al rio,la verdad es que es un hotel muy bien situado, se los recomiendo, ademas el recepcionista es muy atento y supo responder a todas nuestras preguntas. la decoracion de las habitaciones nos ha gustado mucho tambien, sin dudas que pronto volveremos!!!!!

  Very good location, hotel in need of a little bit of a makeover, beds very small and uncomfortable. breakfast was very unsatisfactory, not enough variety.

  I found the hotel and amenities pretty average, however the staff were freindly and the customer service that of a much higher standard of hote. in particular we found desiree, alex, rob to be more than willing to provide us with everything we needed. i would certainly recommend this to my friends.

  Overall the hotel was absolutely fine, and the staff friendly and helpful. however, there was just one quite major problem that spoilt it - and that was the loud music from the pub downstairs. on the first night the music went on until 6.30am! i mentioned it to reception the next day, but again, i was woken up several times that night until 3.30am. the lady on recep was very apologetic and said it was her son and his friends and she'd speak to him, and for a couple of nights it was quiet; but on the last night i had to phone down at 4am again to ask for the music to be turned off (which it was). a bit of a shame, but everything else about the hotel was great (i didn't try the breakfast though, so can't comment on that).

  A basic, well run hotel in an excellent location which will suit skiers but not those who want to hang around and be pampered. i would stay again.
