Comentario : cet hôtel ne vaut absolument pas ses 4 étoiles. A mon opinion, il est plutôt entre 2 et 3.
Le restaurant propose une cuisine sophistiquée en décalage complet avec l'hotel.

Resturant menu did not have english translation so did not use.
Bar area was not open in the evening, tried to use it twice!

Comentario : Pour accéder à votre hôtel, ce n'est pas évident,pourtant les indications depuis l'arrivée à Chamoinix sont bonnes , mais le sens interdit à côté de l'église ne nous incite pas à descendre vers le parking. De plus l'arrivée par la porte arrière n'est pas représentative de la qualité de l'hôtel. Néanmoins je me permettrai de le recommander à des amis. Dans notre chambre la tapisserie serait à rafraîchir ainsi que les sanitaires (douche à contrôler ) fuite d'eau.

Comentario : We found the staff to be polite and helpful with a smooth checking process. The foyer, bar and restaurant, gardens and swimming pool were all very clean, tidy and smart but we were disappointed with the quality of our room. For a 4 star hotel, it was a little shabby. The hot water was bearly warm, not warm enough to take a bath. Never the less, the views from our room and the location of the hotel made up for these small points. We would stay at this hotel again but would want a better quality room.

Comentario : La description de la chambre d'hôtel et des prestations de l'hôtel ( sauna+piscine) sont tout à fait conforme au descriptif: aucune mauvaise surprise. L'emplacement en plein centre de Chamonix est appréciable, l'accueil également de grande qualité. Les prestations sont à la hauteur de ce 4 *. Nous avons été enchantés.

Comentario : The hotel clerks were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful. Our experience at the hotel very very positive. It was easy to find at night and located close to the shops and restaurants in Chamonix. We would highly recommend the hotel.

Comentario : A very nice hotel. the only thing was it was hard to find how to get to the front of the hotel for dropping off baggage. We were really tired when we first showed up. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and ended up staying longer and regretted that we did not stay even longer.

Comentario : Went on the off season (May), got an excellent rate. Rooms are large, excellent views, and are comfortable. Only down side, one of my two rooms had the toilet in a separate room from the rest of the bathroom, but its a minor complaint. The town was lovely, the hotel staff were great, and breakfast was good.
