Comments : Very central - Open window and hear the river rushing by. Friendly hotel staff. Was able to get a pint of beer at 7.00am. to read the first draft of my brothers book each morning. Very good town - bit of a hassle back and forward to the bus. Great views of the mountain -

Comments : Hotel was as expected, Staff were very good and friendly. Room can be a little warm in the summer and when you open the window the river can be a bit noisy but all in all a very good budget hotel in a great location.

Comments : It'd be nice to have a kettle in the room as we had to keep calling the front desk for hot and cold water for drinking. Otherwise, the reception was very friendly and helpful, especially in letting us know alternate places to park our car and the timings of the Aiguille du Midi cable car.

Comments : estuve con mis padres, la habitacion de ellos daba al rio,la verdad es que es un hotel muy bien situado, se los recomiendo, ademas el recepcionista es muy atento y supo responder a todas nuestras preguntas. la decoracion de las habitaciones nos ha gustado mucho tambien, sin dudas que pronto volveremos!!!!!

Comments : I found the hotel and amenities pretty average, however the staff were freindly and the customer service that of a much higher standard of hote. In particular we found Desiree, Alex, Rob to be more than willing to provide us with everything we needed. I would certainly recommend this to my friends.

Comments : Overall the hotel was absolutely fine, and the staff friendly and helpful. However, there was just one quite major problem that spoilt it - and that was the loud music from the Pub downstairs. On the first night the music went on until 6.30am! I mentioned it to Reception the next day, but again, I was woken up several times that night until 3.30am. The lady on Recep was very apologetic and said it was her son and his friends and she'd speak to him, and for a couple of nights it was quiet; but on the last night I had to phone down at 4am again to ask for the music to be turned off (which it was). A bit of a shame, but everything else about the hotel was great (I didn't try the breakfast though, so can't comment on that).

Comments : Thoroughly enjoyed stay in chamonix and would definatly stay in this hotel again. Only one issue was that we asked for a kettle in the room to boil water for babies milk, and they couldn't find the only one they had. Was a bit disappointed with this, although staff were excellent boiling water for us on demand whenever we needed it.

Comments : The outstanding thing about this hotel is the service, not only were the staff always friendly and cheerful, but bent over backwards to be helpful.
The location of the hotel is excellent if you want to make the most of the town, however it is advisable to get a room facing the river as the street can be very noisy!
Rooms are basic, but clean, comfortable and very good value for money.

Comments : This hotel was brilliant. The location couldnt have been better. We only intended to stay one night but loved it so much we booked another. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they were all very freindly. The room for four people was wonderfull. Thank you for a great time.
