Comments : un manque d'isolation au niveau des portes de chambre, petit dejeuner excellent et copieux ,bon acceuil de la part du personnel, pas facile de stationner mais c'est vite oublié . Allez dans cet hotel les yeux fermés.

Comments : Sonia and Eamonn Devlin Room 225. We were facing out on to the road so it was a bit noisey with traffic if you had window open. We found it hard to sleep on several nights.
Would have liked a choice on both starter and desert, on the half board basis. Otherwise meals good.
Free Bus and Train Pass a great help and we found Chamonix very tourist friendly. We really enjoyed our two weeks and would love to come back again.
The view from the pool and lounge area was spectacular and a very nice area to relax in after a day's walking.
It would be helpful if receptionist could advise visitors to bring their passports if they wished to purchase the 6/10 day Mount Blanc MultiPass.

Comments : We arrived very late (23:00) but the gentleman on duty was very helpful and we had no trouble getting in and settled. All of the desk clerks were very pleasant and helpful and being able to speak English was very helpful!!!! We loved Chamonix!!

Comments : Very nice personnel. Nice relax area with saunas and workout room. X-tra towels, and good quality hair-dryer was a nice surprise. Water boiler in the rooms very nice after a day out in the ski slopes definetely, good location just at the bus stop. Good service and nice personnell.

Comments : Trés bon accueil lors de l'arrivée et pendant tous le séjour. La qualité est bonne juste faire attention lorsque l'on demande un chambre non fumeur qu'elle n'est pas l'odeur de tabac froid. Sinon la nourriture au restaurant est excellente et le service soigné et professionnel.
