Comments : Excellent accueil, personnel sympathique et disponible, équipements balnéo parfaits, nous avons même été surclassés gratuitement car l'hotel n'était pas complet...bel acte commerçant ! Literie impeccable, vue imprenable, emplacement géographique à 100 mètres du téléphérique et à 5 minutes de l'hyper centre...a conseiller sans hésiter

Comments : The separat toilet needs hand washing possibility.
Some hooks in toilet and in bathroom were handy.
One recliner in room is needed.
Breakfast was very good but the price was still a little bit too high.

Comments : Petit détail de minime importance, mais qui saute aux yeux : pas mal de portes grincent et le système des cartes magnétiques est sûrement très pratique, mais pas toujours performant. Meilleures salutations.

Comments : Very much enjoyed everything the hotel offered. The room was perfect with a nice view from the balcony. Free car park was a great bonus too - very quick access to & from hotel. Skiing equipment storage perfect (right next to car park entrance)
Breakfast nice with good variety.
Relaxed in sauna.
I would definately recommend this hotel and shall stay here again on my return.

Comments : Disappointed only with the swimming pool/jacuzzi area. The water was cool but to be expected when connected as it was to the swimming pool. The pool itself was very small - perhaps its dimensions could be included in the website. Still, really good to paddle about in after the days there.
We really enjoyed our stay there - location was great and staff really helpful.
Thank you and we look forward to returning there again next year, if not before in the summer.
