  Quelle déception que de voir que ce chalet savoyard est en fait une construction de béton couvert de bois. sinon, nous avons eu droit a un excellent service dans cet hotel situé au coeur de chamonix.

  Rapport qualite/prix bon , mais le prix du petit dejeûner devrait être compris dans le prix de la chambre , car lorsque l'on ne prend qu'un cafe et 2 croissants 14 euros c'est vraiment tres cher .

  Suggestion: beds' mattresses need an upgrade. men (as we are heavier than women) actually feel the coils in their backs after several hours of sleeping and it will wake you up. comment: the hotel upgraded our 3 guest room to an apartment with 2 rooms (not sure why) and we were not charged a dime more. thanks.

  Excellent facilities a bit expensive but understandable for time of year. bar area not as welcoming as other hotels i have been. not much seating. room was not ready on arrival (even though early) and i was not given much indication of when room would be available. other than that staff at reception were very helpful.

  I have owned a hotel in southern italy, the grnd hotel rosa marina ostuni (br) 72017 in the past and have a suggestion. in order to fill the rooms i would offer a lower price for whoever stays more than 4 days. i woulod also offer weekly prices. i would also instal internet computers. other than that your hotel is really very good with great staff.

  Optional breakfast buffet was very disappointing. i was expecting a chef cooking fresh food for the price we paid, but it was a small continental breakfast with cold eggs and bread/cereal.

  Le petit déjeuner est d'une qualité très inférieure à l'hôtel, fromage d'usine sans goût, jambon de mauvaise qualité, café faux café, pain moyen, pour 13 euros c'est très nul, désolée mais c'est pour leur bien!!

  Un seul reproche le café servi le matin était un peu léger et le premier matin nous sommes passé après un groupe est le buffet n'était pas entièrement réapprovisionné.nous avons passé un très bon séjhour dans votre établissement merci bonne journée

  L'hotel, est vraiment super , propre, agreable a vivreet facile d'acces,la seul petite chose, c'est que le lavabo de la salle de bain est bouché, et les lits un peu court, voila ormis cela rien a dire de special, si nous recherchons un jour une chambre a chamonix nous reviendrons chez vous, nous avons deja sejournée dans plusieurs hotel a chamonix mais le votre a gardé tt notre attention donc merci

  Un peu déçus toutefois par le standing des chambres (la première chose qu'on voit, c'est la moquette toute vieillotte et tristoune, qui ne donne pas envie d'entrer du tout !!!) mais avec le super prix que j'avais obtenu en "discount" par votre centrale, ça rendait le rapport qualité-prix correct.

  Situation géographique médiocre à cause du manque de places de parking, il faut tourner une demi heure pour trouver une place, de plus la circulation autour de l'hotel n'est pas facile. même si vous n'y êtes pour rien, c'est très déagréable.
