  Un très bel hôtel superbement situé et surtout un restaurant gastronomique à la cuisine inventive et un rapport qualité/prix époustouflant !

  We decided not to stay at the hotel, as our expectations of a "luxury" room at 290 eur / night was very different. the room was very old, tv small and no pay-tv, bathrooms a catastrophy, and general appearance was poor and really needs a renovation. so, after seeing the room, we decided to check out immediately and drove back to geneva lake, where we were able to get into a 5-star for 2/3 of the price and it really felt like a 5-star despite its age. i am sure our feedback is no surprise to you, otherwise you would not ask for a prepay of part of the reservation. probably a good side business. appropriate would be to refund the prepay. happy to hear from you.

  les endroits communs de l'hotel respectent ce qui est attendu d'un 4 étoiles. les chambres, pour leur part, auraient besoin d'être rénovée, surtout les salles de bain. les chambres sont selon moi d'un niveau de 3 étoiles. il faudrait investir quelque peu dans les chambres.

  Idéalement placé au milieu de chamonix mais en retrait d'une rue ce qui combine calme et proximité .

  Le personnel était très attentif et très accueillant. la chambre était spacieuse, propre et avec une magnifique vue sur la montagne.

  Cet hôtel ne vaut absolument pas ses 4 étoiles. a mon opinion, il est plutôt entre 2 et 3. le restaurant propose une cuisine sophistiquée en décalage complet avec l'hotel.

  Room 20 was very warm with no apparent way of controling temprature. resturant menu did not have english translation so did not use. bar area was not open in the evening, tried to use it twice!

  Pour accéder à votre hôtel, ce n'est pas évident,pourtant les indications depuis l'arrivée à chamoinix sont bonnes , mais le sens interdit à côté de l'église ne nous incite pas à descendre vers le parking. de plus l'arrivée par la porte arrière n'est pas représentative de la qualité de l'hôtel. néanmoins je me permettrai de le recommander à des amis. dans notre chambre la tapisserie serait à rafraîchir ainsi que les sanitaires (douche à contrôler ) fuite d'eau.

  Would have been nice to have been given a room with a view seeing that we were the only ones staying in the hotel! and no one was around to service us!

  Très bon hôtel parfaitement situé avec un personnel efficace et sympathique. le restaurant est vraiment excellent et vaut bien 2* au michelin.

  I reserved a double bed but got two singles put together which was a bit uncomfortable but otherwise it was excellent

  Hotel de grande qualité tant au niveau des infrastructures ( chambres, bar, restaurant, piscine, sauna ...) que de la disponibilité et la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel. la situation en plein centre ville est parfaite.
