  Situation centre ville face au mont blanc toutes les chambres sont isolées du couloir par une porte donc bonne isolation,une remarque :on ne devrait pas laisser les clients acceder dans la chambre avec les chausssures de ski .les locaux auraient besoin d'un rafraichissement et d'un meilleur suivi de l'entretien journalier;

  Arranged at short notice, but astrid responded promptly and competently. for single occupancy the rate was ok, for two at the increased rate it would have been very good value. upon my arrival all was awaiting my registration.

  We stayed in a premier class the night before, and the room at the alpine did not offer any better specification than the premier class, there was no air-con, the room had a terrbile view of the back of buildings. we requested a view of mont blanc, didn't happen.

  Very nice modern centrally located hotel & we will use it again. staff were very helpful & we did have a lot of chamonix 'newbie' questions. bar area was very good - two pool tables! . the spa jacuzzi was under repair & both the sauna & steam room were useable but not hot enough. ski hire arrangements with the hotel shop was very convenient, allowing us to drop & pay for the gear at the hotel on our last half day without wasting any time. hotel boot room was also good with easy lift access. we tried the hotel restaurant for dinner one evening & were very satisfied with the menu & our selections.

  La carte magnétique un peu capricieuse, on a dû la repasser plusieurs fois pour l'ouverture de porte. tout le personnel est très aimable séjour agréable

  The fitness room only opens at 3pm. very strange. jacuzzi, workout equipment, sauna all available... but only for a couple hours each day when it pleases the hotel. ?? very very strange hospitality strategy. view from my large balcony was amazing, i must add. and the hotel has the perfect location in town. rooms were spacious, also, though it was clear from the carpet and smell that they're heavily used by skiiers in the winter.

  L'hôtel à 3 étoiles probablement pour le rdc, le spa, et la salle panoramique. par contre les chambres sont vieillottes, les sdb vétustes (mais propres). le pire est l'acoustique: dès les 1ères douches à 5h30 du matin nous étions réveillés et nous avons entendu 1 moteur de vmc ou quelque chose comme cela toute la nuit. ces chambres ne méritent pas 3 étoiles

  My only observations would be that the literature in the room said that you could obtain a ski lift pass from the tourist information when you cannot. we went to the tourist information and they said that they have not sold lift passes for a while. i would also say that the sauna was not working during our stay and the 'ping pong' is no longer available but it is still advertised.

  Bonjour, nous avons trouvé que le restaurant (hormis le petit-déjeûner correct) en demi-pension n'était pas extraordinaire. le poisson était souvent trop sec. d'une manière générale, nos papilles ne se sont pas follement diverties... voilà pourquoi nous ne reviendrons certainement pas, dommage, l'hôtel est très bien situé et en dehord de cela, agréable. i.lemarié

  Für 13 euro war das frühstücksbuffet sehr mickrig. es gab nur schwarztee und keine anderen sorten. auch gab es nur baguette und croissants. hätte gerne noch eine sorte vollkornbrot gehabt.

  Il y a juste un point que je n ai pas apprécié c est le repas du réveillon de noël. a mon avis il était conçue pour un clientéle anglaise et franchement pour le prix nous n'avons rien mangé c'etait vraiment "special".

  Un commentaire sur le restaurant où nous avons dîné : les prix sont trop élevés et les portions pour un enfant sont les mêmes que pour un adulte, d'où un gâchis énorme. cordialement.

  Comment des chambres aussi petites avec sdb minuscules peuvent obtenir trois etoiles, sans parler du mobilier ikéa tout rayé,c'est honteux,mur fissuré,odeur de moquette moisie...j'arrete, ca vaut meme pas le temps que je perds.

  The room was close to a building site, and there was building work (drilling etc) going on from 8am until 6pm. even with the windows and shutters closed this was audible. when we arrived the balcony doors were open and the room was very cold, with the radiator off. also the room did not smell very good as the extractor fans in the bathroom and toilet did not work. we did not ask to change room as we were only there for 2 nights.

  Salle de bain trop petite, le wc est en trop. l'insonorisation de la porte donnant sur le couloir n'est pas suffisante pour arrêter le bruit causé par les touristes japonais ainsi que les aspirateurs des femmes de ménage. cependant merci pour cet agréable séjour.

  We were pleasantly surprised on arrival. for the price, the hotel room was perfect with a lovely view of mont blanc. our room was clean as was the en suite. it was right beside the bus stop for getting to the slopes. the resident's bar was pretty quiet but the rest of the town had plenty to offer. highly recommended.

  Everything was very good except for one thing only - and that is lack of communication after 20:00 between the different places in the valley. no buses & no trains = really poor. this is something all of you in the chamonixarea must do better in future. suggest one tour at 21:00 & one tour at 22:00. that will help a lot to visit other areas even in the evenings. you just have to work hard for it. regards gösta olsson

  Suggestion ! une caméra sur le parking d'entrée avec automatisme d'ouverture!! car j'ai tourné pendant une demi heure avant de pouvoir parquer devant l'entrée de l'hotel, qui était bouchée par une voiture mal garée devant les barrières en bois qui fermaient le passage. il y avait au moins quatre places devant cette voiture !!! petit dèjeuner délicieux mais les oeufs brouillés avaient le goût d'oeufs en poudre ?? !!

  We arrived in the middle of the night and the gentleman at reception was very helpful. the hotel is smart and tidy and i was very impressed with the standard in general. the girl who looks after the bar could do with being a bit more lively though. i will definitely be back.
